Support for behavioral health clinicians
Providing high-quality, skilled care for the LGBTQIA+ community is an essential skill needed by today’s clinician.
As providers of behavioral health services for the LGBTQIA+ community, much of the work is enabling clients to recognize, unpack, and ultimately integrate their identities. A primary component of this affirming work is to help clients understand that many of the struggles they experience are the result of discrimination and marginalization of their identities within society rather than an inherent flaw in themselves.
Working with QTS you will benefit from an experienced trainer, clinical supervisor, and academic who is on the cutting edge of LGBTQIA+ care to personally craft and guide you through key learning objectives to build your skills.
